Green pools and bad food

If you like green pools & waiting 25 minutes for a snack this is the place for you. There are basically 2 restaurants each evening so you better plan 2 hours per dinner. If you want a snack during the day, good luck. Either you put all your clothes on for the lunch restaurant or you stand on burning concrete for the snack bus to make you soggy french fries. You want a taco? Nope. Try a different resort.

Beach cleaning not really good, staff is friendly and helpful. No internet in resort. Not clear beach after hurricane. Pass more then week. Nobody clean the beach. Smell awful. No food choices. Very limiting...........................

Everything was limited. More for families with children. There was no adult entertainment. My room was kept clean. I would not go here again.

Hurricane Beryl response was excellent. The staff and Mexican government were well equipped to handle the storm before, during, and afterward. There will be others who say otherwise, but if you listened, took the advice, and followed directions, you were well housed, fed, and kept safe during the storm. The beach, the rooms, the pool, the restaurants and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.

Food selection very minimalist, quality at buffet not good. Personnel short staffed making it hard to get service. Hotel rooms clean and good AC.
