Always has been a favorite spot. In Naples. Unfortunately this stay did not meet expectations. Front desk asked us to take our own luggage to our room. Did not offer the courtesy drink coupons. When us...ed we were told beer and wine only. WiFi not working most of the time. On demand tv out with no streaming channels. Luggage pick up forgotten after notice to front desk. There seems to be an overall lessening of expected service. As well as economies on the smallest of gestures. However the prices remain the same.

We arrived an hour before check-in checked our bags at the front desk, came back to the hotel one hour later asked for valet to deliver bags to room. We’re in the club level. It took over an hour and a hal...f for our bags to be delivered to the room very poor service. All the cushions on the furniture the upstairs lounge at the club level all the seams were torn. Furniture was worn out. This is not good for a high-end hotel in Naples.

Amazing, perfect location, upscale . Will definitely come back. Staff was great, rooms were luxurious with marble and a large walk in shower. The gym was large and you can always use spa amenities like ...sauna and steam. The pool always had chairs and pool service was spot on.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. The location is second to NONE! So close to EVERYTHING. I went running in the morning - lunch down the street - a few blocks to the beach - dinner at TruLucks (love that place...). The staff is OUTSTANDING. The bathroom was one of the best I've experienced.

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of everything in Old Naples, shops, galleries, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to a white sand beach. The pool area is stunningly beautiful and has a bar, and a hot t...ub with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. We had a beautiful room with a patio that opened to the pool area. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy with four fluffy pillows and a fluffy duvet. Huge walk in shower with a large bench seat and rain head shower were nice with plenty of hot water. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We can’t wait til our next visit!
