Great service, rooms, and location. What's not to like about the property! The property offers plenty of amenities and the service is outstanding. It is in a great location to see Naples and even venture... out to see things within walking distances.

The Inn on 5th is a 10 out of 10 in every way! We travel often and have stayed in the best hotels in the world. This hotel is as good if not better. The location is perfect for every excellent shop and res...taurant in Old Naples. The hotel itself is quiet, immaculate, and sophisticated. The front desk staff is exceptionally professional and wanting you to have a wonderful stay. It is also very pet friendly. We stayed in room 308 and it was fabulous. A junior suite with a beautiful, large balcony overlooking 5th avenue. The pool area is also lovely with plenty of lounge chairs in both sun and shade. The valet staff were happy to take us anywhere we needed to go within a mile and the cleaning staff are obviously exceptional given the cleanliness of the entire property. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Naples. Thank you Inn on 5th!

This was our 4th stay at the Inn of Fifth and it’s safe to say we will be regulars for a long time to come. The location of this hotel is the best in Naples and the service is elite. We stayed here for o...ur mini-moon after getting married to celebrate. Walking right out onto fifth makes the vacation. You have access to everything via a short walk or hotel shuttle. The spa is relaxing and professional. All the restaurants nearby are great, you can’t miss. We have stayed in a few different types of rooms so see which one is right for you, they have a great variety. We like terrace and direct pool access rooms.

Nice hotel overall. Wonderful staff and lovely stay. However, it’s old and a bit worn. We booked a suite which was across the street in the Conceirge building.. Absolutely no problem with it outside the... main facilities. Our room was large and had a nice balcony. The furnishings however are very old in style. Walls a drab greenish gray which makes the room very dark. Gold and black furniture with acrylic lamps. Cheap mass produced moderne prints on the walls. I appreciate that everyone has different design senses so this may be beautiful for others. The Concerige lounge was a large room with high ceilings which had small windows at the ceiling line. so very little natural light clean and again, old. The breakfast was basic Hilton like fare but with quality offerings…Chobani yogurts, beautiful fresh fruit and berries, small avocado toasts. But also the usual premade scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes in chaffing dishes. Bread and bagels to toast in a toaster missing a handle of one of the levers. In the end, good, fresh but basic hotel fare. My biggest issues are the outside spaces. All the furniture cushions are dirty and ripped. This was both on our balcony and on the rooftop hot tub area. It’s a lovely large area but filled with plastic white tables and chairs. A few lounges one of which was ripped. The furniture around the fire pit was dirty and ripped. Just not a pleasant place to spend any time. We went across the street to the swimming pool for a drink at the bar. As we were there with friends I didn’t really look around at the pool area. Ordered drinks and they came in plastic throw away supermarket glasses. Nothing elegant about it. So overall a C+. Not bad but not good either and not a place I’ll likely return to.

Outstanding accommodations, superior staff, from arrival to departure, the stay was magnificent! Petar, Dechko, Armand, Lisa, Nancy, Luis, Armand …along with management, all gave top notch service. Five st...ars. Thank you to the Inn on Fifth Team for a memorable family vacation!
