This review will not cover the most AMAZING time I’ve had going to Naples and my time in this hotel. From the amazing staff, special regards to Zuzana and Jesse who helped me coordinate my engagement down in Naples, to the central location in Downtown Naples, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the 1 mile radius free rides the hotel offers! I cannot stress enough how amazing this hotel is and how it will be my go to anytime I am back in Naples. The hotel is also next to OceanPrime Steakhouse which had great steaks and pleasurable staff. And once again special thanks to Zuzana and Jesse and anyone else that helped me plan my engagement. Anyone that gets to come across them just know you are in for the best customer service experience ever!!!

Lovely place to stay. Naples is a cute small town that is walkable and easy to get around. Worth the visit.

Outstanding service, so clean, and the amenities are unreal! Definitely check out the spa — it was the best facial ever.

A one night getaway and it was perfect. We stayed on the Club side and Armand met us at check-in to welcome us. What a magnificent representative of the Inn; professional, friendly and kind. The Club level offers breakfast, afternoon snacks and beverages (full bar) and also dessert. There are always some snacks and beverages available. The quality was top shelf. Our room was spacious, very clean and well appointed with everything you could imagine you would need. Large bathroom which is always nice when traveling. The closet is quite small. I think that is where the bathroom took the space from. We had a walk out balcony (small). I am sure our room was bigger than many apartments that people have. The location of the Inn is magical. One of the nicest areas in the US for dining, shopping and enjoying the weather and beaches. We are locals so we know the area and already had plans, but if you need suggestions, let Armand plan your stay. It is not inexpensive, but the Inn delivers on their promise to make your stay wonderful. I look forward to returning.

Wonderful time spent with family visiting. Was nervous about two double beds but ended up being very spacious. As an interior designer, it was so fun to recognize brands I design with in the hotel and see the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
