Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast selection is great. There is something for everyone to eat. Easy walking distances to restaurants, gas station, small shopping areas. The shuttle will come an...d take you to the turtle sanctuary. The beach is ok… the hotel shuttle will take you to a better one away from the hotel. People still able to enjoy the beach near the hotel. There’s a walking path that will take you behind the hotel. Has been a lot of erosion over the years. Several people snorkeling and swimming. Maybe not the best place for little ones to play and make sand castles. The attention that the housekeeping staff paid to our room was exceptional. Ms. Piper’s was great-you can charge it to your room. Coconut Joe’s across the street was great and reasonably priced.

Super staff and housekeepers. A special shout-out to Ankia. She was a great help and so sweet and funny! Everyone was so nice and I love the free shuttle to the beaches and beach chairs. I would highly rec...ommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, and a perfect staff. The breakfast was great too and we loved the pool side snacks at 4.

This an older hotel building with a "musty" smell throughout. The staff is great and the location perfect. While the staff does keep it clean, it's still a little musty smelling. The bar area is decent, an...d the pool area ok. Breakfast is the standard Hampton inn fare.

We had a terrific stay at the Hilton Grand Cayman! Great hotle with super friendly staff. Special shout out to Ismael, Nate, Martin and the rest of the staff. They have a free shuttle to anywhere on 7 mile... beach. Roque, the driver was the best!! The room was a basic room. Comfortable and clean. Great location too. Coconut Joe's, Pepper's and a few other great restaurants right across the st. Also, the breakfast was very good. There is Ms. Piper's restaurant located at the hotel. They have live music a few nights week. The music was great and ended around 9:30. Great place to stay when visiting Grand Cayman!

Me and the wife had a great time at this hotel. Centrally located near a lot of bars and restaurants. The people are very nice, hotel was clean and the front desk was helpful. The best spot for food and dr...inks was Peppers. They had live music, strong drinks and exceptionally great food. The fried snapper was top tier. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
