Amazing hotel in a great location. Beautifully decorated full of amenities. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. The Piper Rest is a jewel! They serve fan favorites and some additional delicious dishes.... This hotel provides free breakfast. Also has a small gym on premises. Service is A+.

Our housekeeper, Anika, is the BEST. Very helpful and personable. Always looking for ways to provide outstanding an guest experience. We would welcome the opportunity to stay at a property where Ankia... is part of the Team, again. She made our stay in Cayman so memorable ??

The Hampton by Hilton is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach. The rooms have a modern esthetic and are kept very clean. The cleaning staff are amazing and very accommodating. The front d...esk staff are extremely helpful, professional and offer great advice and insights about the attractions/restaurants etc.. Jaime and Ismael were especially helpful during our stay. The hotel shuttle was a blessing and literally saved our family a bunch of money on potential taxi rides. Daniel, Rocky and Red were always a quick call away for the shuttle pickup and provided advice, recommendations, and some history of the island and its surroundings. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful at night and provided a great place to lay by the pool or a quick visit to the beach. Ms Piper's is also on the hotel property and is an amazing spot to eat with a great lunch and dinner menu, they even offer a complimentary daily afternoon snack free of charge. The hotel has a very boutique like feel (5 floors) and makes the experience more personable and less overcrowded. We would definitely recommend the Hampton by Hilton Seven Mile Beach to any family looking to travel to Cayman Islands. Hope to be back soon!

This was my first time in Grand Cayman, and decided to stay here. First, the staff was amazing. Nate at the front desk was so helpful and all the front desk staff was friendly, such as Ismeal and the sweet... Italian girl! It’s hard to keep track of everyone’s names so bear with me. Norma with housekeeping was amazing, Erick the manager at Ms Pipers (cafe at the hotel) was so kind and the food there was delicious. The bartenders all made excellent drinks. Martin in the kitchen was so kind. Gladys as well was so friendly. Daniel with the shuttle as well was so helpful with recommendations on restaurants, shopping, and beaches. There was another gentleman with the shuttle who was excellent. There was not one staff member that wasn’t helpful or friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, has its own beach area, pool, and not far from restaurants or other beaches and shopping. We utilized the hotel’s shuttle service the entire time, they were always quick to arrive and there were no issues. The hotel itself and the rooms were very, very clean and the overall aesthetic was great. The complimentary breakfast had a ton of options to choose from and the food was great quality. If I ever come back, I will be staying here again. Thank you Hilton team!

Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast selection is great. There is something for everyone to eat. Easy walking distances to restaurants, gas station, small shopping areas. The shuttle will come an...d take you to the turtle sanctuary. The beach is ok… the hotel shuttle will take you to a better one away from the hotel. People still able to enjoy the beach near the hotel. There’s a walking path that will take you behind the hotel. Has been a lot of erosion over the years. Several people snorkeling and swimming. Maybe not the best place for little ones to play and make sand castles. The attention that the housekeeping staff paid to our room was exceptional. Ms. Piper’s was great-you can charge it to your room. Coconut Joe’s across the street was great and reasonably priced.
