A delightful Stay

I was thoroughly impressed by almost everything at this hotel!The service was outstanding from everyone I encountered. To name a few Stella, Eleanora & Daniel. Melissa in housekeeping kept my room spotless and was so friendly. The pool area was very well maintained and decor was so cute. The use of the hotel shuttle was really a plus. My only very small issue is when having a 2 bedroom room l, they should allow 4 beach chairs, instead of the standard 2, however not a big issue. I will most definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay

Had a great time! Ismael and Eleonora were absolutely helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing and the staff patient and vigilant. Thanks to the male staff who showed me how to do the waffles by myself! I appreciate! The room cleaning lady was sweet and took great care of the details. The shuttles are on point, brings you to place easily. Suggestion : The hotels near Hampton should share their beach longue-chaise with Hampton customers ;)

Hampton was a great stay

Our stay was amazing … the staff was great Especially MELISSA! She was very attentive and helpful! The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was calm and relaxing and Ms Pipers restaurant was very good. My only suggestion would be to get more chairs and umbrellas on the beach area at the hotel. PS. The hotel does have a shuttle to other beaches and they allow you to take their beach chairs there.

Exceptional Customer Service

My husband traveled to Grand Cayman for business, and I got to tag along and experience the full Hampton experience. From the front desk, breakfast, shuttle service, to housekeeping, the staff is all first rate. Front desk: Ishmael, Eleonora, and the others were so helpful in making sure our GC stay was a good experience. They helped with restaurant suggestions, bus routes, organizing shuttles, and always with a pleasant smile and greeting. Breakfast: Martin manages the best breakfast we've ever eaten at a Hampton Inn - or any hotel for that matter. Fresh eggs (not powdered), good selection of proteins, fresh juices, breads, and pastries. Everything is freshly prepared, replenished, and delicious. I liked the added touch of fresh parsley dusting the scrambled eggs! Martin made sure the room and buffet were kept clean at all times. Martin or the lovely Gladys, never hesitated to fill my water bottle with fresh ice and a big smile. Gladys has the gift of anticipating your needs before you even ask. Shuttle: you are limited as to where the shuttle will take you, but the free service starts running at 8am, giving you ample time to get set up on the beach before the cruise ships disgorge. The drivers are friendly, helpful, and drive safely. Housekeeping: our room was kept immaculately clean. My husband had a lot of work equipment in our room, but our housekeeper still cleaned and vacuumed to a very high standard. I didn't get our housekeeper's name, but she worked very hard as I'm sure the others did as well, judging by the hallways and other public areas. Beach: ok, there's not a beach to speak of, but you can swim at the pool or take the shuttle to a nice, sandy beach. However, the snorkeling is pretty good off shore. Wear grippy water shoes and ease into the water to see some pretty spectacular sea life - especially if you go out early or in the late afternoon. Ms Piper's restaurant: OMG. So delicious! We ate dinner and I ate lunch here on my own. Gourmet meals, beautifully plated, and served with the same pleasant hospitality. My husband and I like to vacation in different spots, but because of the stellar customer service at this Hampton Inn, we will return to Grand Cayman and stay at this hotel.

Great Experience with the Hampton Staff at Grand Cayman 7 Mile Beach

Outstanding experience, Nate and Emorelda and the entire day and evening front desk team were amazing. Also the shuttle drivers Roque and Daniel were very gracious and accommodating. Very clean rooms, very good food at Ms. Pipers restaurant and overall a very nice value and location. Can't go wrong with this property. The pool was nicely appointed and well maintained and in general the property was in good upkeep. Looking forward to getting back to this property in the near future.
