I have never been to Grand Cayman and was thrilled after watching countless YouTube video’s prior to this trip. I’m a pretty seasoned traveler and this absolutely far exceeded anything I imagined. It ...is so beautiful that my first time venturing out on the first night it took my breath away. I actually had to do a double take since it doesn’t look real.

The lobby has an overwhelming amount of room deodorizer being pumped in. Our room was very musty smelling. The air conditioning was not working well. The blanket on the bed was pilled and worn looking.... Impossible to get a chair on the beach because guests were allowed first thing in the morning to put personal belongings on the chairs and not use them for hours. Hallway rugs are worn and stained. The lobby bathrooms were no better in design and style than a rest stop on a highway. Our room was beach front with a view which was great but not at the price we paid given all the other issues. Very disappointed!!!! We reached out to management after our 2 night stay and they were rude and argumentative.
