Considering the prices charged, I would have expected more in terms of quality. The pool and beach area were both crowded. The restaurant offered mediocre food that was overpriced. The bar attendants we...re apparently not trained in customer service. All in all, given all the beautiful places in this world, I would not return to this Westin location.

Westin Happy Hour at Sunset is the place to be in Grand Cayman. Beautiful location along with an amazing team at the bar. Every time I go there, the team is incredibly friendly and genuinely happy, which a...dds to the overall positive atmosphere. From my most recent visit, I was approached by the team lead, Ollie, where he welcomed me and my family. He chatted with us and ensured we were having a good time which made it a memorable moment. Always looking forward to my next happy hour. Big shout out to an incredible team.
