It was a great experience, I'm glad we came to see! Our tour guide was funny and full of knowledge. The canoe tour guide was funny and awesome. The food was amazing and the music was very personal to the... culture. Please don't miss out on this great excursion.

had an extremely disappointing experience with the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The front desk was rude and seemed bothered by any questions we had. I was not g...iven any information about the amenities or services available, and when I asked, I was met with curt answers. The lack of professionalism was surprising for a place that claims to offer great service !! We were sent off to our dirty room after 8 hrs of traveling. Tired and hungry we returned to our room to find old food and breast milk left over in the fridge from previous guest which immediately made us feel that the room was not cleaned properly . They then tried to place my family of 5 in a smaller room “ but “ continuing to say it’s ocean view on the 21st floor . You couldn’t even get to the bathroom without bumping into the bed . The couch was shoved into the room in a small corner . Again had to ask for another room that fit us with no sympathy just rudeness from management . Myself ,husband and 3 boys did not fit in tiny room they offered. I then had to discuss being moved to a different room and finally 3rd time we’re moving to a 3rd room by 9pm getting settled in when we arrived at 6pm after a full day of travel. We were told due to “inconvenience “ our valet would be completely comp”d on behalf of Hilton to each time we went to get our car having to “talk “ to front desk due to not paying daily fee like we were in timeout Manager was not professional or empathetic and could never face us after the first mess up . For the money I paid I will NEVER go back not worth it when we were trying to have a nice family vacation !!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND . Waste of my money !!!

The staff was absolutely amazing! A special shoutout to Tyler, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our stay—his help truly made a difference. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welc...oming, and the valet service was top-notch. From assisting us with our bags to opening the car doors, it was all handled with such professionalism—chef’s kiss. I also had the chance to check out the pool and their complimentary breakfast area—both were easily a 5/5 experience. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend heading to the pool in the early evening. Watching the sunset from the poolside was stunning—the vibrant colors in the sky blended beautifully with the thoughtfully designed pool deck, creating a truly relaxing and picturesque atmosphere. I would recommend staying here, and I will be coming back!

The Embassy Suite in Waikiki is absolutely the best. The staff is wonderful, front desk Cindy and Jaymar has always been friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The room we are in is very comfortab...le and cozy! I truly believe out of all of the hotels and resorts in Waikiki, the Embassy Suite is bar none the best!!!!!

We stayed at Embassy Suites Waikiki from April 28-May 8. We had a 2 bedroom suite, my wife and I, son, daughter in- law and grandson. Day 1 at check in we met Lorena, she made our stay fantastic. Because o...f Lorena we will be back. Taylor family, Canada
