The staff are so friendly and caring. Thanks to Otto and Mahina for star treatment on the pool deck Level 4. The pool is awesome, family friendly. Our room is spacious, with quality finishes, our visit has... been a very happy one at Embassy Suites.

This is a nice property, well located for folks who prefer travel by foot or Uber. Well equipped ABC store across the street, semi-ocean view from the pool bar. Breakfast was good and included rice, miso ...soup, and salad, which was a nice addition to the usual omelettes, breakfast meats, and toast offerings at ES hotels. The breakfast staff was on top of it and there was ample seating for early birds. A more efficient breakfast staff here than other ES properties I have visited in other high tourist areas. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, especially Cindy at the front desk-she made the extra effort to help get us in to our room when we arrived much much earlier than check in. It’s a recommend from us!

We’ve stayed at this resort many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a great location, good breakfast, and love having more than just a hotel room. The extra space is just so great to have! Alaine at c...heck-in was super-friendly and accommodating , and Erick was warm and welcoming as well. He checked in with us several times, to see if there was anything he could do to make our experience better. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for 2-days for repairs. This was something that was only disclosed the day before the work began. Based on the work that was being done, this was something that was scheduled and the hotel would have known and should have provided an advance warning.

2nd time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. Our family spent approx. $10,000 CAN for 4 rooms for a 4 night stay for my sisters 50th birthday. Before bed, a few of us would gather in my elderl...y parents room (75 & 83 yrs old). Security knocked on my brothers door (beside my room) and my parents door to tell us to keep the noise down. There was no music, no tv, just a few adults having a conversation. I was in my parents room the one night it happened and security came twice and then threatened to call the police if the noise isn't kept down. What are we to do in this situation? Argue the point? Make it worse, stay in fear of getting kicked out of the hotel? What is the hotel going to say in response to this, we're sorry, we have to ensure all of our guests needs are addressed, etc. Listen, I understand if it was late, there was music, etc., but there was one night where it was just 3 adults talking in a room and security came banging on the door to keep the noise down. I was in a room next to my brother and my nephew and I didn't hear anything, yet "someone" complained about the noise. I personally feel responsible since I was the one who recommended this hotel to my family. This is our experience and something I wanted to share with any potential travellers to this hotel. Make sure there is no communication in the rooms past 9pm or else stay in fear of getting kicked out.

The staff here is so nice and shows real Aloha. It all started at check in with Sue at reception. She was so helpful. After a warm greeting Sue remembered me from my previous visit. She checked me in a...nd was able to check me in a little earlier since my flight got in early and was exhausted. I just wanted to get to my room and catch my breath. Sue was able to find me a room and get me checked in quickly. I stay here every 4-6 weeks for work and the staff here is amazing.
