Overall we had a good experience, not a great experience.

There were things we liked about the hotel and a couple where improvement was needed. The location was great, right in the heart of Waikiki. We had wonderful care and treatment by our housekeeper, Donna. S...he was very kind and thoughtful. When she finished our room it was perfect. We also want to give Keanu, the valet a shoutout. Like Donna he was always very friendly and helpful giving us suggestions when we asked for his help. While we were happy with the bedroom/sitting area the bathroom was not up to par, the toilet/shower room was extremely small and the sink area was very poorly lit. The bathroom is in desperate need of updating.

I so enjoyed dealing with Joshua at the check-in desk. He was so cordial, attentive and friendly. He made me feel that I mattered as guest. I loved the room we had and the rates were reasonable. Loved my t...wo-night stay and shared with my family and friends. I will definitely stay here again. ??
