Really Loved the Location!

I really would go a 4.5 for a rating if that was possible. Our complaints were not serious, we did enjoy this property. The location is superb and the king suite we had was clean and spacious. King bed ...was also comfy. Our only negatives were 1) the view- if you want to see Diamond Head you need to be on that side of tower. We were on the 24th floor and had a nice view but the opposite tower side would have been much better. 2)There were not enough lights in the suite and a couple of them appeared to have burned out bulbs. During the day the room is so bright with the two balconies but at night we were sometimes a bit challenged. Overall though, this is a great property that I would recommend.

I stayed here from March 19-21, and had forgotten my beach shall out in the balcony. Thankfully, Florencia with housekeeping found it and kept it till I came back and checked in today and she personally br...ought it to my room and left it on the counter! I'm sooo happy because it was my favorite. All the front desk workers are so helpful as well. Thank you all so much!
