Decent hotel well located

Decent hotel in a convenient location. The room was very comfortable and functional. Beware of noisy garbage trucks every weekday morning and the unexpected, unwelcome $50/day resort fee that we did not get any benefit from. The desk staff were great. The restaurant had just opened and we did not use it as it was a limited menu and pricey.
Ok experience

Overall the hotel was cool. Negative is there is no parking and you have to pay $51 to park valet only otherwise you will have to drive around and find a spot. Room was ok. We had to call maintenance for a replacement fridge and to fix the air conditioner. I don’t know if I would stay here again unless it was the last resort.
