We had the best housekeeper anyone could ask for. Whatever the need, Mary supplied. Mary is so friendly, thoughtful and polite. We didn’t use housekeeping that much but Mary supplied are needs. Thank you so much!!! If I had to do over, I wouldn’t change anything accept a longer stay.

Convenient location, rate high on cleanliness, lots of amenities, staff very friendly and helpful. Great dining at Monkeypod and Kani Ka Pilla Grille. Booked the Vow Renewal Ceremony which was very special. Would stay here again. Highly recommend the Outrigger Reef Resort.

Great staff and location! This was our second visit this year. We love Monkey Pod. Our ocean view room was always clean, and well stocked. Our housekeeper, Eileen truly went above and beyond on a daily basis! The valet service was prompt and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable, Nelia did an excellent job keeping our room clean and supplied. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the Outrigger Reef to everyone. Pearl Harbor was amazing and worth every penny. Hawaii was beautiful and so much history

We stayed for 4 nights. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The housekeeper, Lily, was very kind to our children. I would like to see her again.
