My friends and I did a 2-night holiday weekend trip to O'ahu and stayed at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. All of the associates we met shared their aloha and were so nice. We enjoyed snacks and drinks in the Splash Bar listening to wonderful live holiday music. The room was spacious and beds were so comfortable. Loved staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Across the street from the beach. So convenient to stores (ABC next door) and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view. Slow elevators due to recent renovation but a minor inconvenience. A BIG thank you to David at the pool who made us feel so welcome. You made my sister’s stay so memorable with your kind gift.

I want to make sure that when you pull your car up make sure to ask for Henry. We were with a large party so lots of luggage and different activity questions. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked. He made the start to our vacation pleasant! Happy Customer AW

Came for the marathon weekend. Location is fantastic, steps from shopping and Waikiki Beach. Hotel was so-so, pretty basic and a little dated. Room had a balcony that had a partial beach view which was nice and AC was working great (hey it matters!). The elevators were being renovated so there were times when waiting for an elevator took forever, causing lines and long waits. Pretty basic but one of the less expensive options in that area so, it was what I expected.

Henry C was not only very welcoming, he helped out with anything we needed and if he couldn't figure out a way he made something happen. He is very humble and great at what he does. I think this guy definitely deserves a peomotion or a raise for what he does and wish all the service and suppoetnwas the same! Thank you again Henry C!
