I recently had a seven night stay late April early May. I requested an ocean view room and this delivered! I was in a recently renovated room in the Ainahau Tower. Located on Kaiulani Ave steps away from... shopping, restaurants and Waikiki Beach without the price of Moana Surfrider or the Royal Hawaiian. The hotel hosts the Splash Bar and a good sized pool. It also invites guests to join the daily activities. Everyone had a friendly smile and Aloha for me. The bag storage was appreciated with the late check-in. The Ainahau Tower was undergoing lift upgrades and sometimes it took a bit longer than expected to get to the lobby from my floor, but it didn't spoil anything. Definately check it out!

The room caught the morning sunrise and we were also able to see the Ocean to the West. The pool was great and the pool attendants were a wealth of knowledge for finding great places to eat at, in the area.... Waikiki beach was across the street, this place was like being there, but for a short walk, saved tons of money/points. Had a young family vibe, which we enjoyed, even as seniors. Once a week, local art was displayed for sale on the property. We walked or used the city buses everywhere, this is our second time NOT renting a car as we had done on previous visits.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of Waikiki Beach tourist area. Our room was 3rd floor, pool facing. Noise from outside could be heard from early morning to around midnight. It’s louder Friday throug...h Sunday night. If you desire a quieter room ask for a room away from courtyard and/or street side. That may get you the back side of the hotel that faces buildings and parking garages. Elevators are fast. Employees were friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to ask questions about area, transportation or food options as most of the staff are happy to share great local tips! Room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable. This hotel is convenient to most everything you will want or need in this area without breaking the bank!

This is my 2nd stay here and I love the size of the rooms and the comfortable beds. Very good experience everytime. Hotel is priced reasonably, its location is very good and you feel welcomed. I love th...at it has historical references around. This hotel is perfect for my staycation.

Bryce at the front desk checked me into my room and was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. His hospitality and warm aloha spirit truly set the tone for a beautiful day. Every team member I... interacted with—from the bell desk to the pool area—has been fantastic. Thank you all for making my stay feel so welcoming and special!
