Ligaya checked us in promptly (and early) with such warmth. We also live on the island and was there for a night away. She excused the warmth that Hawaiians have to offer. Our room was gorgeous with a full... ocean view. We enjoyed every minute of our time here with the help of Ligaya. We will definitely be back every few months.

The stay as always begins with the welcome from Skip and the team at the entrance before heading up to see the check in staff at the desk (Rudy looked after us quickly and efficiently). As Outrigger Platin...um members, Ricky greeted us and had already organised the room so it was ready. During our stay, Fiona kept the room squeaky clean and towels refreshed. Already looking forward to stay number 14!
