2nd year at the resort, and still as good as last year. Customer service was second to none, room was cleaned every day, and the view from the ocean front room overlooking Waikiki beach is never to be forg...otten. The Voyager Club Louge was first class, breakfast and evening snacks were great and complimentary dinks always welcome. see you next year :-)

Nothing to critisize about this resort. Excellent property! We researched before booking and this place had the best views up and down Waikiki Beach ftpm our oceanfront balcony. We would recommend the mid...dle rooms as they afforded the best views of the beach and Diamondhead with the most spacious rooms. Our room was spotless and was kept that way. Comfortable beds, bog bathrooms and shower, with a toilet with a meha flush. Great shower. Coffeee/tea machine, large TV, plenty of storage. Great beach, with lounge and umbrella rental available ($100/day). This best part of this property is the staff. Super friendy and helpful, they make making you happy their prime function. Always ready to assist. When we're back we will stay here again!

Everything was GREAT! Our room, the hotel staff, the swimming pool, the beach and ocean, all the stores, Duke's morning buffet, Hula Pie and the location! The Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is a fabulous resort if you are looking for the best location, sandy beaches, great restaurants and fun bands to listen to during the day and evening. I have heard that... the original decor will soon be refreshed to include some of the classic Hawaiian vibe along with clean modernity. Truly a great trip with wonderful staff like Ricky K, Gigi F, and Lisa at Dukes Bar. Enjoy every moment!

Everything is perfect here—the restaurants, shops, excursion coordinators, beach access 2 steps out the door, beachfront dining and pool, towel service and our room was sparkling! Waikiki location was fun... being on a glamorous street. Loved every minute.
