This is the best location to stay in Waikiki. Hotel is great and you can walk straight onto the beach. Highly recommend being a member of the Outrigger Platinum program for that extra special attention and... inclusions. Ricky the Platinum membership manager is super professional and always available to assist. thanks Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach Resort team for another fantastic stay. Mahalo.

Haven’t traveled yet but just had to write a review on the excellent guest service I received from Courtney on the reservation line. I booked our upcoming stay online two months ago. Yesterday a promo cod...e popped up that would save us some money. I booked a new reservation at $600 less…amazing! Until I discovered I had booked a different Outrigger (beachcomber) property. So, I called to cancel it today. Courtney took care of it, then I asked if that promo code could be applied to my existing original reservation. She was working on it and we were chatting. She recommended going to their sister property for dinner at Duke’s. I said “that’s where we’re staying”. Turns out I booked the wrong property (reef) to begin with????? Courtney was so amazing and patient and got it all straightened out. We are staying at the beach resort and can’t wait!!! Thanks again, Courtney!

Location, location, location Need I say more? The ocean front location of the resort is the best ever. Staff from all areas of the property were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Voyager 47 club... is an awesome perk, and the onsite restaurants are some of the best in Waikiki. The view from our club level room (15th floor) was AMAZING! We plan to visit again and enjoy the renovations.

We were there in 2023 for our 53rd anniversary and now went for our 55th. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and willing to solve any problems. We really enjoyed Duke's breakfast and lun...ch buffet. You have to try the hula pie but be prepared to share it. It's a very huge piece of pie. They have a very nice pool and stores in the hotel. Try the abc stores for a bargain.

Been coming to Outrigger for 45 yrs and we have always had a great stay. Our check in (ligaya) is quick and easy and the staff is very friendly. Duke's and Hula Grill are good places to eat and are located... Beach side. Good entertainment every day. Room are clean and some have a great view of the beach and Diamond Head. My choice in Waikik
