We just had the most amazing stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort!! We have stayed many times and every time is special! But I want to thank some of the staff who made our trip extra special this time. I want to give a huge thank you to Ricky at the Platinum desk. He was so kind, caring, and professional! Anytime we needed help he was there to assist us. He made us feel like family! Also a few shout outs for some other incredible team members at the hotel: Po at the front desk (he was so friendly and gave incredible customer service), Peter - Ben - Ollie at the Pool (these are literally 3 of the greatest employees we have ever experienced at a hotel)!! All I can say is “Wow” we love this hotel! Thank you to everyone at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for another world class experience!! We can’t wait to be back soon to our 2nd home!!

Great location right on the beach. Excellent customer service and hospitality! Sai, our hotel Housekeeper did a great job and was friendly and talkative when we saw her in the hallway. Amy, the Front Desk team member was very friendly and efficient in checking us in! There are 2 on site restaurants (Duke's and Hula Grill) and both restaurants serve good food and have great customer service and very well staffed. Parking is valet only but that's a perk because the hotel is right in central Waikiki so it's much easier to do valet with the hotel. Each valet driver was friendly and efficient in helping direct the cars coming in and out. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here as part of a guided tour (Globus). I had a partial ocean view room so I didn't hear much of the street traffic. Really loved my first two nights. Then had someone in the room next door and they were a little loud/the walls were thin. Other than that, I loved it! I ate at the all you can eat buffet this first morning and figured I'd better walk that off so, I walked up to Diamond Head Trail. This was back in December of 2019, before you needed reservations to do the trail. Very centrally located in Waikiki. I'd definitely stay there again.

The Outrigger Wakki is our favorite place to stay. It is in the heart of all the action. Great restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. Dukes is a great restaurant in the resort. Pool is great and has lawn chairs for resort guests only. Can order a drink or food in the area. No need to bring towels you are alloted two each time you come. Bathroom under pool need key to access. Breda was our housekeeper/host and was very pleasant, kind,funny and accommodating. I appreciate someone that can remember your name right off the get go.Thank you Brenda love to you ??! Our flight was not until 9 pm so talked to front dest for late check out! $25 per hour and very accommodating. Do not be afraid to book you will not regret it! Jan ??????????????????????????

I loved everything about this hotel and my stay. The location was within walking distance to everything. The service was phenominal, the accommodations, the view, the room size, the comfort of our bed, I could go on and on, everything was amazing! I would definitely recommend it and will stay again.
