Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Surprisingly below level

There are spiders and spider webs on the shower control. Unacceptable noise level inside the room even with the glass balcony door is closed and locked. Daily Breakfast on the 3rd level outdoor area attracts a lot of birds that makes people feel uncomfortable having breakfast there. There were non-functioning umbrellas which are useless in covering the sun
Good location. Great staff. Below average everything else.

Close to Waikiki Beach and restaurants but not in the middle of them. Breakfast and pool area were both just OK. Elevators were so slow that guests often walked 5 to 10 stories in the stairways rather than wait. Staff was great. This hotel is likely below what you expect from the Hyatt brand.
