Super clean and in such a great location! The staff were awesome and I was hugging everyone when we left! They made our anniversary so great! They care about safety so they will discourage you from being i...n the ocean if there is any texture to the water but it was so nice compared to San Diego!

I just want to highlight the staff engagement, the true desire to sort out any hiccup or problem. We had a couple of issues on the first day, and two of the concierges (I think Gerardo and Ismael) sorted t...hem out immediately. Also, the true friendliness of all the workers, from the gardeners, cleaning staff and receptionists. The hotel was kept very clean, and midweek was quieter than weekends.
