Great activity well guided. Hugo guided us thru the beautiful bike trail at alligator farm and then to playa Linda. 18km ride , intermediate level (adults only recommended). New mtn bikes and helmets prov...ided. Not very hot as you ride partially below trees , 9am-10:30am time

The whole experience was amazing, been to the carribean, Cancun, Florida and Belize and this one is the top notch, A1 best experience we’ve had. Thank you. The breakfast was amazing, the fact that you coul...d choose an omelet over the regular served eggs really blew my mind.

Carlos on the beach was amazing serving me cold blended drinks as I healed from mouth surgery!! This was so Helpful- direct to my hammock. WOWZER I was able to lay low and have cold drinks for my mouth to... heal. He was joyful and quick and helped in every way he could.

Weather consistently hot, long sandy beach for walking, no swimming as waves too big, amazing sunsets and terrific staff. Perfect for Mexican families. As a North American couple it was not ideal for us......Room was comfortable and clean but being situated on main level close to Sports Bar was very noisy late in the evenings. Predominantly Spanish speaking staff...evening shows in Spanish and geared toward children. Food also geared toward Mexican tastes. A la cartes were good. Lots of available beach loungers. Didn't venture into pools as full of children and noisy. Only saw a handful of North American vacationers at this resort. As many other reviews mentioned staff is outstanding and we appreciate all their hard work.
