I’ve been to Mexico over 40 times and second time here, the experience we had and are still having is absolutely amazing, we upgraded to the Sun Club and the service, quality of food and drinks are second to none. We love this place. The Hyatt brand has done a great job with this resort. I want to mention and acknowledge Carlos Vasquez my good friend and honourable representative of the Sunscape. He made sure our vacation was second to none. He took care of every last detail and for that I am very grateful.. The hotel offers an awesome swimming pool with water slides and the beach is beautiful and Sandy .

Alicia, Ignacio, Misael, and Emmanuel are amazing servers in the Sun Club area. The hostess Odette was always smiling and happy. Pedro made amazing drinks and even suggested new ones. Eduardo and Tomas kept the Sun Club Lounge super clean and were always happy and helpful. All these people deserve a raise big time. My only complaint is the resort is loud at night. The bass is to loud after 9pm. You can't go to bed early at this resort,

We had such an amazing time. From Felipe helping us with our bags, Eduardo in the sunclub, Raymundo at the swim up bar, The sunclub crew: Alicia, Emmanuel, Misael, Ignacio and Pedro worked to make each day feel like paradise. The general manager, Mr Garcia made us feel welcome. The entertainment crew, Berenice, Yessica, Mangela, Henry were always fun. The staff never expect or push for tips. They even offer Spanish help (thanks Christopher). The beach is absolutely perfect and clean. None of us (10 people) had any tummy troubles. The spa was very impressive. They need more menu changes in the restaurants, less Karaoke, a feet washing station for the sunclub and the music at night was quite loud but was a great trip.

E we’re there for 2 weeks Nov 14-28Th and had many very good experiences We had upgraded to the Sun club and were pleased with the benefits. We had great service from day 1 with Jordan(checkin) Bartenders Santos, Thomas Eduardo, Felipe,Mateo & Ignacio (all at the sun club lounge) Montserrat was helpful to me from Security (helped secure me an industrial fan as our room had wonky air conditioning (we’re upgraded to an Oceanview Room next day.??the food was plentiful and tasty?? the event staff at the pool were so friendly and encouraging, thank you Jhovanny,Garson and Naydelien?? The pool servers and helpful guys Sergio,Antonio, Alezhandro and Lifeguard Hiram ??‘S the sun club pool staff Pedro (Bartender) was fun to watch practicing his bottle and ice cube throwing Servers Alicia,Misael,Ignacio & Emmanuel were SunSational!!! And Hostess Odette ?? does the girl ever take a day off? One of the pleasant experiences we had was viewing he Ecological group gathering Turtle eggs each morning (so careful and thorough ?? The Resort had a Falconer who would come regularly to dissuade the scavenger birds haha Was a pleasure to watch him at work with his well trained Falcons…. Overall a wonderful time was had by my wife and I and we’ve come away with new friends and kudos to all , Thank you so so Much ??????

We’ve been visiting this resort for three years, and the experience has always been amazing. The staff is exceptional, especially Isidro Salinas. He has gone above and beyond, not only as our server at the Blue Grill restaurant but also during various events. His dedication and attention to detail have made our stays even more enjoyable!
