The SunScape Resort was a very nice place to stay. We stayed there 7 yrs ago on our honeymoon and enjoyed it just as much as we did this time. We are considering going back in the future so that we may visit more of the Ixtapa area, the people and culture.

We had an amazing time! The food and the service was on point. We will definitely come back. Everyone works very hard to make your stay unforgerfull. The waiters and servers strive to make your favorite drinks. If you're looking for an adult resort this is not recommend.

My reservation was not properly met , our rooms were incorrect, they could did not resolve the issue quickly , the staff was rude and disrespectful. We were charged incorrectly at first. One of the nights there was a party blasting music throughout the whole night not allowing us to sleep , the hotel did nothing and told us there was no music. Our AC was not cooling. The restaurant refused service 50 mins before closing saying they were closed.

Rooms are very clean, beds are soft, and the staff are very attentive. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, geared towards family this is a great place to consider………………………….::::…………………………………..:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

The la Mario restaurant took such good care of us for dinners we felt right at home. Francisco could not be a nicer man and catered to my always hungry son. The waiters Lorenzo and Edwardo made sure we wanted for nothing. The hostess brought us to what felt like our table every night. Ten out of ten experience every night. Definite great place to dine here at the Sunscape Resort. I’ll be back. The Roles Family
