First of all just know going in this is a time share. So no room service or many amenities. Rooms are old and the floor we are on smells musty. We paid for a two bedroom villa for my husband, myself and ou...r two daughters. When we arrived we were given two adjoining rooms and was told that is considered a two bedroom villa. So my kids' have their own door to the hallway. Nobody cares. This place is a huge disappointment. Don't spend your money here.

We would like to commend Hilario in Engineering for his competence in quickly finding a failed hdmi cable to our tv system that was preventing us from watching the Formula 1 broadcast that we had a persona...l interest in, and in how he handled himself with such graciousness.
