I visited Kelowna for the long weekend and to celebrate our anniversary. Hyatt Place was a perfect choice – it's a safe, clean, and cozy hotel. I'm really happy with our decision to stay there. The staff w...as friendly, and the location was great, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was good too, offering a nice variety to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

It was wonderful experience at this location. Staff is so friendly. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip. Servers were so friendly, serving coffee at tables, and went above and beyond to serve people. F...ood was fresh, delicious and refilled quickly. Overall, hotel is clean and location is pretty central about 7 minutes drive to lake and just off of Hwy 97

I have travelled across the world but my god our 2 days of stay here was the best pleasant surprise we had. Rooms were big, clean, spotlessly cleaned. But the best part of the stay were the staff especiall...y the room service, I mean theirs is not an easy Job but they were so courteous, every smiling and were attentive to our needs. Same was the case with front desk, restaurant. Great Stay. Thank you Hyatt.

The room was very nice and very roomy. Room service was quick and we enjoyed hanging out at Placery. Check was a breeze as was the contact less check out. Himmi at the front desk was excellent. Cocktails b...y Jacob are a must as well with Patrick. Definitely will be going back.
