I liked it.

This hotel deserves a higher rating. The rooms are new clean and good sized with nice views. As a diamond member I was given upgrade and credit for restaurants. There are very helpful staff as well. Some g...ood things: breakfast at Junior's fruit and granola with latte = exactly breakfast credit. The Crossroads happy hour is a bargain compared to their regular dinner prices. Walking distance to the mall. Walgreens across the street. The body wash and lotion are good quality. The spa is worth the price IMO. The not so good - room looked directly at the Trump tower, kind of an ugly building. The pools can get crowded. The strip view rooms are lit up all night by the giant advertising on the side of the Hilton. Overall pretty good, maybe not the most opulent Conrad but I would go back.
Potential but a lot of gaps.

I am really torn on this review. It’s a tale of 2 cities (or hotel experience). I purposely chose this hotel due to being a HIlton property, being within walking distance to where my meetings were held a...nd also I was able to secure a decent room rate. I stayed here for 4 nights (Sun-Thurs). Honors Diamond status. If I was just reviewing the hotel, room, bed, bathroom, it would get 4.5 stars (1/2 star reduction because of a clogged shower drain that required multiple calls to maintenance). The hotel is nice, clean and very ‘new’ feeling. The room (1 King premium strip view) is large and well appointed. Beds are comfortable (pillow might be a touch too hard for me personally but not a deal breaker). The bathroom (minus clogged shower drain) is spacious with decent water pressure. A usual pet-peeve of the glass walk-in showers leaking onto the bathroom floor did NOT happen here. The shower door was designed in a way to prevent leaks onto the BR floor. The room also had plenty of charging ports (USB-A and C!) and convenient outlets. There is a SMALL fridge to keep personal items (ie, water) but it doesn’t get really cold, just COOL. The HVAC also works great and keeps the room nice and cool (i like to sleep in a meat locker). Also worth noting, the fitness center is excellent. Easily 5+ stars. It is well beyond a typical hotel/resort gym. Only complaint is they didn’t have a locker room with steam or sauna. But they have EVERY piece of equipment you could ever want - machines, weights, treadmills, rowers, bikes, stair climbers, etc, etc. I would argue one of the nicest hotel fitness centers I’ve ever seen. Now the bad parts for the property. It’s definitely NOT in the main part of the Strip. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Wynn/Encore and another couple minutes to the Palazzo/Venetian. That’s known before i even checked in, so not a major issue, but if you’re looking for the heart of the Strip, this isn’t it. Check-in was brutal. The desk clerk (Kovid) was actually incredibly nice, friendly and you could tell he truly cared about the guest. But, when I checked in (@ 2:00AM after significant flight delays) i was told they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had made the reservation (through Hilton app 2 months prior) and had confirmed the reservation the morning of arrival. I also informed them that I would be arriving to the hotel late Sunday night. After checking with his manager, the desk agent said he could downgrade me to a 2 bedroom in the Hilton (honestly I was hoping for a Diamond upgrade). I was hoping they could even upgrade me to the Crockfords (which was NOT sold out). I pulled the ‘Karen’ card and said that wasn’t acceptable and to try again. After more time with his manager, he came back and said they would put me in my original room (IK w/ strip view). I spent > 1/2 hour at the front desk trying to check in, with multiple issues of no room available….only to finally end up in my original room. Oh, and by this time it was 2:30AM and I was exhausted and upset at the whole situation. The excuse was the hotel was 104% booked. Which is just not correct b/c the hotel was empty. Another maddening issue is the voice prompt menu when you try to reach the front desk or maintenance from your room. The system sucks. It’s almost impossible to get anyone LIVE to speak to. I eventually selected the option for the hotel to call me instead of waiting on hold (for the clogged shower issue). I had the clogged shower issue Monday….and I received a return call Wednesday. WTF? That’s just a terrible customer experience. Luckily I had asked someone in housekeeping if they could contact maintenance on Monday and that helped. But the voice prompt menu is a complete waste of time. The entire hotel complex feels empty. It’s almost depressing. All these nice new shiny stores are all empty. Some are even closed. None of the open restaurants ever look even moderately busy. There’s no ‘buzz’ at the hotel complex. If this hotel can get a little more focus on improving the guest experience, it can easily improve its ratings.
The Most Non-Hilton, Hilton Stay Ever
KeoPAloha (Los Angeles, California) on Apr 28, 2025
I stayed at the Conrad bc I have Diamond status at Hilton. I receive a semi-annual hotel credit. However, this was the most non-Hilton, Hilton stay I have ever had: I have stayed at Hiltons around the w...orld. I believe it is bc the property is located within Resorts World, a publicly traded Malaysian hospitality operator. Positives: Newer resort with lots of restaurant and bar options; Big room; Non-smoking property. Negatives: I did online checkin and it was as if I started the booking process all over again. I had to input my address twice, and input my credit card info again, although I had paid a one night deposit (not required by major chains). In addition, I had to download my driver’s license and pic. I travel a lot, and I have never had to do anything this Draconian at other hotels. With the other majors, you simply log into the app, and click a button to checkin. No recognition of my status benefits at checkin. For example, I was not given bottles of water, I was not asked whether I wanted a food & beverage credit or points, nor was I asked about late checkout. I was given late checkout of noon vs 11 am. My flight was @ 4 pm, so I wanted to checkout around 1:30 pm: Pretty lame. Digital key was the worst one I have ever had. I had a hard time getting it to work in the elevator. The digital key worked fine on the door. No receipt after my stay. “Real” hotels chains like Marriott and Hyatt email you a receipt the same day you depart. The rideshare pickup area is a long walk. The negatives far outweigh the positives. The next time I am in Vegas I will stay at a non-Resorts World and non-MGM property. I have had bad luck with both brands in town. I’d rather pay extra and stay at stand alone Waldorf Astoria, so I can truly flex my Hilton Diamond status.
Terrible customer service at front desk!

Sadly, I cannot give Conrad Hilton staff—specifically Trevor and Delvin—the recognition I had hoped to. I was charged a $50 fee by Delvin for a late checkout at 2:00 PM, and he noted it in the system. I ha...d informed him my conference would end at 1:00 PM and that I simply needed extra time to change for the airport. He assured me I was all set. However, my key was not reprogrammed, and when I returned to my room, I was locked out. I went back to the front desk, where I spoke to Trevor. He initially seemed helpful and said my card had not been charged, and he would issue me a new key good until 1:15 PM so I could retrieve my belongings. Unfortunately, that key also didn’t work. Thankfully, a kind floor manager let me in so I could quickly change and grab my luggage. When I stopped by the front desk to collect my statement, Trevor informed me the $50 charge had been applied—even though I was never in the room until the originally approved 2:00 PM time. Trevor’s demeanor was condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful, which only compounded my frustration. There’s no doubt that Conrad Hilton is a beautiful property in the heart of glamorous Las Vegas. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered stunning views. However, comfort and cleanliness can be found at many boutique hotels. What sets a stay apart is customer service, and in this case, that was sorely lacking. I will not be recommending this hotel for future conferences or stays.
WOW WOW WOW!

Absolutely blown away! We travelled to Vegas from the UK for Wrestlemania and our youngest brothers 21st birthday as he’s a massive WWE fan. Our brother has been going through a rough time recently, as soo...n as Dexter from guest services found out about this he did everything he possibly could to make sure his trip was extra special. Dexter even went as far as going to the WWE store and having some merchandise of his favourite superstar John Cena waiting in the room for him as we arrived. The hotel itself is unbelievable, there’s that much going on you could spend your full holiday there without leaving the front door. Lots to do for everyone, very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend resorts world to anyone looking to stay in Vegas and again want to say a huge thank you to Dexter, you played a massive part in making our brothers 21st so special. Resorts world is very lucky to have someone that cares so much about their guests as much as you do.
