The first time we get inside the room, it stinks. But it gets better when we turn on the AC. No coffee and water as complimentary. Incomplete amenities. I would say, they can improve this kind of criticisms. I will try other MGM member the next I visit Las Vegas.
its a landmark which is why we chose it

The pillows were great - i would have liked to have had a mini fridge in my room - several staff members were a little rude and seem as if they do not like to be bothered. I was not ready for it to be so smoky - perhaps more air purification would help - i came home very sick since i am allergic to cigarette smoke
The Good and Bad

October 28th to November 1st 2024 stay. The Good - Comfortable beds, little room noise from casino, nice pool area The Bad - After over $1,000 in MGM casino play and multiple meals charged to room, experienced ZERO value from the MGM Rewards program. Halloween night was bust in Vegas. Maybe 1 % to 2% dressed up in costumes
Smelly rooms, dogs barking, gone downhill - won’t stay here again!

Stayed here for a week, having stayed over 25 years ago. What a difference! Rooms are smelly, old, need refurbishing, no fridge. Couldn’t believe during our stay we could hear a dog constantly barking next door! Why on earth are pet friendly rooms on floors/ areas where there are people staying without pets, surely there should be separate areas! This really put me off the remainder of our stay. The only upside is beds are really comfortable and rooms made up daily and “cleaned” to a certain standard. Wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel has not been updated in nearly 30 years and everything still the same as it was only now old, dated, dirty and pets allowed! Won’t be back.
It's not the same Las Vegas we used to know...

It's not the Old Las Vegas we were used to. Slots have changed to the new crap. Their Rewards Program and raised the Bar so high that you've got to gamble 10's of thousands to advance. Buffet's have gone downhill while prices soar. Comps are not given easily.
