Very disappointed. Everything was old and dated, nothing was shiny, nothing to catch your eye. The casino had several machines that were not working. No wait-staff that I could see. There is not much on this end of the strip. I didn't even find my way out of the building to Las Vegas Blvd. I found two exits, neither got me there. I walked around in circles. They tried putting an old lady (me) at the end of the very long hall in #73 out of 75! The hall ceilings are low, the wall paper is old and dingey. The elevators were dirty. The rooms were in poor shape, there was no refrigerator. There was one USB plug. The furniture and decor was like that of a motel with a six in it's name. The best part of my stay was the hour and a half Thunder Down Under Show, with the meet and greet after the show. However, there was no wait staff to be found there either. I was at a hotel in the middle of the strip for a few days, but then moved to Excalibur for the night of the show. It was a mistake. The other location was much better all the way around. Would not stay here again, or this end of the strip again.
My rewards card had an error with my email addresses. She spent the added time making it right.

Maria O in the Rewards/Cage was amazing! I had trouble with my rewards card and she figured out exactly what was wrong with my email connection and spent 20+ minutes making sure it was corrected. Excellent customer service! 9/28/24. So happy this was finally fixed!!!
