Disappointing Stay for the $$

I usually really like this hotel, but this time our resort view gave us a view of the roof. I selected an upgrade that we would have paid a fee for which seemed like it worked for a suite, but then two day...s later flipped back to our original room. The ice machine on our floor has been broken since we arrived 2 days ago and reported the first day. They brought us ice that day, but now I’m waiting for a live agent to connect to the digital concierge for our ice request to no avail this time. Pretty sure casinos make enough bank to support ice machines in the hotel, if not they need to figure it out. I’m starting a travel consulting business, this will affect where I send clients. I’ll be staying else where on a future stay.

The front desk agent Angie was amazing! And Mondo in Citizens was the best server hands down period! Go see him, you will be glad you did!! We went for my daughter’s birthday and every person we came into ...contact with was just great! My daughter had the best birthday ever!
