Great customer service. This time it was one of the best customer engagement I have received in a while. I can remember the name of the front desk person but she was amazing. Very professional and I got a ...decent room. Very nice and amazing experience overall
Huge Disappointment

Room is decent but the tv never worked, hot water for 2-3 minutes tops for a shower. Last night at 12:30 am no water whatsoever we called and were told it would be fixed by 6am it’s 8 am and still no water.... Can’t shower or wash hands. Toilet useless. The pool was not clean, murky water. Can’t use the mini fridge in your room for even water bottles. Service definitely disappointed for what we paid. Going back to MGM properties.
