Poor service

We stayed at Nobu for 2 nights then left for an overnight tour before returning for another 2 nights. No consistancy with procedures ( 1st check in was very brief, 2nd check in involved reading & signing electronically). A receptionist told me I could use one credit card for the "hold" but then pay our amenities fee with cash or a different card but the person checking us out 2 days later told us it was "too complicated" to do this. Also when we checked in the 2nd time at approx 6pm we were told that there were no rooms available with 2 queen beds (we are 3 adults) and that we would need to use a rollaway bed for the third person. However, they could not locate the rollaway bed!! We were all tired from our tour but couldn't go to bed until approx 10.30pm when they finally delivered the extra bed ( after we repeatedly rang and visited the reception desk for !) Why wasn't this ready for us by check in time??!! We did receive a credit on our amenities fee as compensation but we would still not stay at this hotel again.
Check in is ridiculous

The check-in process is ridiculous. I am writing this as I am waiting for my room and have been for over an hour. Check-in is at 4pm but the only rooms ready at that time are the ones facing the strip which cost more and they try to push on you. Otherwise you wait for the room you had selected online. I apparently am not alone as there are about 20 others waiting as well. We have stayed here before, just after opening, and it was great. So far, not so great and make that one and a half hours.
