Room wasn't cleaned even after going to the front desk at 8pm letting them know it was missed. I don't think I would stay here again. The rooms are incredibly loud from the street noise. The AC wasn't real...ly working either as our room was super hot

The suite we stayed in had a weird buzzing on and off all night. The pool is a nightclub with a dress code. The shower was broken and maintenance came and did not fix it. The maid was mad that we ordered r...oom cleaning to just make our bed and give us two towels.

I wouldn't stay in accessible room again There is nothing to prevent water run¨ing all over the floor creating fall risk I did not receive assistance with a safety concern Sink would not drain There was no... valet I had to valet at the Flamingo I've had robotic knee replacement Tremendous imposition

The bartenders are fantastic. That it , cromwell does not have valet (older person, was not told they only work Thursday thru Sunday. Tried to charge me for late check out, (diamond plus). The first ro...om was so dirty, floors, tables half the lights didn't work, wanted to pay for up grade but none avaliable . Begged for better room. Like I said cromwell used to be so awesome, but they JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!! it won't be there after the summer (Vanderpump is coming in. So what ever you do DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOW). so very sad.

I didn’t have housekeeping for a week. They gave me 75$ credit as compensation to be spent in any hotel of Caesar resort and when I received the invoice the credit was missing. Result: I had no cleaning s...ervice, did not receive my $75 credit and have to pay for expenses that were supposed to be paid with the credit.
