Deborah was the most pleasant dealer at the westgate! She has such a warm personality and the swing shift pit bosses were great as well!!! Definitely will play the table games when she is dealing! Highly ...recommend playing when she is on duty!

Hi yes. So after being told our spa experience will be put on our room I was charged an additional $100 as the manager explained “to make sure I could pay”. Something I have never experienced before in m...y 20 years of being an owner. This was disgusting and unnecessary. You can just say no pay in full. Now the night before my wedding you unnecessarily took more money from us and got my card flagged. Spoke to a manger who said “well you’re staying for a week so we need $200 deposits. I asked where it’s stated she said it’s not stated it’s how it is. She then said that to make sure we can pay they charge $100 over any costs put on the room over $100. I asked WHERE IS THIS POLICY STATED! She said it’s how it is. “What would you do if it was your business? You would let people rack up $1000 bills and not pay?” This disgusting woman should be fired. I am seeking every avenue to sever any further involvement with Westgate including removing this new deed we recently engaged to purchase. This treatment is absurd and disgusting. Not sure if you saw two black men and thought yes just make sure they can pay. Despite me having been already charged a security deposit. Pathetic treatment of “Elite Owners.” I will not be ignored. Traveled 1400 miles to be disrespected on the eve of our wedding.

The Air Supply concert was amazing. The employee Shelly H was a wonderful help. She was very kind and personable. She exudes joy for her job and the costumers. Shelly H is an asset to your team. She is dil...igent and hard working. I was able to witness her working with customers and helping to organize the crowds/merch line. One can tell she truly enjoys her work.

My family and I love staying at Westgate, we’ve been staying here when it used to be Hilton, all of us are platinum members. However in all the years we’ve stayed here we never went to the pool until today.... This weekend is Memorial Day weekend so I booked the hotel and booked a day bed to celebrate our first time using their pool. Unfortunately it will be our first and last time booking a day bed here. Nothing wrong with the hotel rooms, we love our rooms but the service we received from our cocktail waitress was disappointing. She kept forgetting about us and it took her awhile to check on us. By the time we were ready to leave, she never came back with our to-go boxes we had asked for over an hour ago + the check so we can close the tab. We had asked her 4 times for a to-go box and 2 times for the check and she ended up not coming back with either. We asked a nice lifeguard walking by and he got our to-go boxes immediately and brought the manager along with the check. The manager named Emma gave us her personal number and told us she would give us a drink on her at the bar. This was a nice gesture from her and it helped make the experience less disappointing. However we still won’t be purchasing another daybed in the future for our future stays here at the Westgate.

Seeing Barry Manilo at Westgate Casino was a wonderful experience thanks to my ushersPatty McCarthy and Valerie. They were warm welcoming and very accommodating, not to mention doing their jobs with beauti...ful smiles Thanks, Patty and Valerie for adding to my wonderful evening with Barry Manilo.
