I was thier for 2 weeks of work. Cheryl and Nayumi went out of thier way to make my experience great, super nice and so helpful even went beyond their expectations which i appreciate thank you?? Thier was 2 others that were not as great and had attitude but I didnt catch thier names.

This is our 3rd stay here Tyler T. was awesome. Mary the resort host made us smile as she was assisting us. Parking valet guys remembered us. Our housekeeper was great. We will be back next year for sure. Keep us the good work everyone . 2025 lookout

We saw Barry Manilow's Christmas Show and he was SPECTACULAR as always!! This was the 2nd time we saw it and it's always a new experience!! We were lucky to sit in row B on our right. It would be great if Barry moved closer to that side as much as the left.

Guy Olsen, VIP concierge, was phenomenal! He made us feel like at home and helped us with anything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the great amenities and the very welcoming staff! It was always clean and we were able to do everything we wanted in the hotel.

I bought my Mom tickets for Barry Manilow and unfortunately the show was canceled we thought we wouldnt be able to go at all. My mother was upset. We went to the Wow counter where the lady, Shawn helped us to find new tickets in the time frame we needed. She was very patient and kind to my mother and we my mother got to fufill her dream of seeing him. Thank you Shawn for your help.
