Great stay at the Flamingo

We stayed there for 5 days and were extremely happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the beverage service in the casino was excellent. We stayed in a renovated Flamingo room (King) with a strip view and would pick that again. Yes, some challenges were experienced (ie. fridge didn't work, housekeeping was missed one day) but anytime we called about anything, they were quick to rectify. The location also can't be beat - right in the middle of the strip with straight access to the Linq promenade.
Disappointed in quality and cleanliness

The room was in dire need of maintenance. Light bulbs were not working The walls were filthy. Curtains were torn and dirty. Staff was short tempered to provide assistance to move rooms For the price we paid to stay in hotel I would have expected cleanliness Bath towels were stained .
