Beautiful hotel, excellent pool, friendly staff, opportunity to lose 6500 in slots like we did. Now that’s were it stops. We had a room in the rush tower which is very nice… Exept we never received room service our entire stay after complaing to a manager everyday about not receiving room service. We never received room service at all I entire stay. It became a running joke between my wife and I if we will get room service after returning to our room. Our room number 5208 under Sylvester Smith

Maybe coach the young ones to be more customer friendly . Mainly the lifeguards. Younger gen are not nice, friendly, or professional. Only one can make for a bad experience and take away all the 10s you all deserve.
