We stayed at Koloa Landing for 10 days. It was an incredible experience from the suite overlooking the pool, the lei making class with Nicole, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the grounds. The staff was amazing. Always willing to suggest activities to helping a couple do their vow renewal. Centrally located in the area can easily walk to the wall for sunset, farmer’s market at the shop on Wednesday and many other restaurants. We definitely will be back!

There are several reasons we have returned for the 3rd straight December this year: 1) The Customer Service is normally awesome from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. One has to keep in mind that the property is like a hybrid Vacation Club property with some Resort Hotel amenities so it can take a little friendly proactive initiative on your part at times to get a "feel" as to how things function. 2) There are buildings away from the often noisy main pool so that's what we requested this year and were fortunate enough to get. 3) While not directly ocean front, it is an easy walk to the beach at the Sheraton and even Poipu Beach is walk-able for us (I'm 78). 4) We love the beds - such a good nights' sleep. We came with another couple for the 1st time and they are very impressed with the room and beautiful landscaping. Mahalo Nui to the entire front desk staff for combining our multiple reservations so we didn't have to change rooms and for finding us a room that we were are very happy with. A special shout-out to the maintenance staff as they replaced our microwave within an hour after it stopped working in the middle of popping popcorn while we were watching the Big 10 championship game with our avid Ducks friends. Finally, a double aloha to Leilani at the grill and her soon-to-be baby boy. She is such a pleasure to talk to and not only remembers us from the previous year but also where we liked to sit. Rooms are spacious and condo quality. Well appointed appliances (Wolf, Miele) and stocked kitchen with laundry in rooms! Service was spot-on and VERY accommodating. We really enjoyed our week here and will return someday. My only complaint is the pool temperature….too cold! I typically prefer a cooler pool but honestly it was so cold I hesitated to get in and could not stay in it for any length of time. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars ?

Rented a 2 bedroom suite for my daughter's birthday. We had the loveliest time, the hotel staff were so thoughtful. Several friends joined us one afternoon to enjoy the pool and they had the most amazing time together. We rented a cabana so the kids could have a home base and shade if needed but they never left the pool! Everyone commented about how much fun they had. Really a fabulous weekend. Could not recommend more.

Koloa Landing Resort exceeded all our expectations! The two-bedroom villas are absolutely amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, offering endless fun for everyone with its incredible design and features. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and fresh baked goods from the Marketplace, where the friendly staff made us feel so welcome. Dinner at Holoholo Grill was outstanding; the new menu items, especially the macadamia nut brie, were unforgettable! The fitness center was another bonus—filled with all brand-new equipment that made workouts a pleasure. A big shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Leisia, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.
