Wonderful property. We spent time poolside at the Tranquility Pool. Walked to Poipu Beach. Holoholo Grill has great food! This is a great location for our day trips around the island. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast most mornings. We return home today. Must plan another visit here in 2026.

The facility and staff were great, the only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that the beds are uncomfortable. I’m only 110 lbs and the bed sank and folded in half when I sat on it. After sleeping on the extremely soft bed for 5 nights, my back hurts. It started hurting after 2 nights. It still hurts and I’ve been home for 2 nights. I’ve never had back problems before I stayed here.

We come here every 2 years and the last 2 times they refuse to get us an upgrade to a 1- bedroom even though we are a family of 4 and our Platinum Elite Bonvoy members. After 2 days of asking the front desk they gave it to us which only made sense considering how empty the resort was. 2 years ago they never gave us an upgrade so we checked out after the 2nd day and went elsewhere. We always stay a week.

We’ve stayed at multiple properties on the island. Our experience couldn’t have been better. The comfort of the room, to the quality of the food at HoloHolo Grill, to the awesome little market and spectacular pool…No reason to ever stay anywhere else.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon because of the great reviews and the pool. We also read the staff was very nice and Dreanna proved that point. She hooked us up with a wonderful cabana and made sure we got the most spectacular treatment for our honeymoon (same with Lisa). This place is absolutely incredible. I suggest it to any honeymooners or anyone looking for a great resort with a lot of different amenities and wonderful staff . The restaurant on site is delicious as well! We can’t wait to come back!
