LOVE Loreto Golf Resort!

This is the way to wind-down your road trip down the Baja before the final leg heading to SJD or Cabo. It’s a true first class resort which you WILL appreciate after numerous days of Hilton Garden Inns and... AirB&Bs. Checked-in, room is modern Mexican, AC is ice cold and water pressure HIGH. Food and service poolside was excellent and after driving 6 hours from G. Negro, the swim-up bar is just what you need! Check out is noon, so we’ll hang here before the final 6-hour drive to SJD. I love Loreto Golf Resort!!

This hotel exists because of the location. With the exception of two young workers, the staff was not friendly or helpful. The rooms were not clean. It was very difficult to get towels or bath amenities. W...e were told to use pool towels because housekeeping was done for the day. The onsite breakfast restaurant was supposed to open at 7:30, but wasn't "ready" until well after 8. The pool bar didn't start serving food or drinks until 1:00, but guests are charged for bringing their own snacks and drinks to the pool area. The sports bar had a game on, with what seemed like locals watching in absolute silence. We were never acknowledged by a server, so we went back down to the one open poolside restaurant to have dinner.
