Loreto BAY RESORT WARNING DANGER
Sarah M (Arizona) on Jan 07, 2025
DONT GO HERE! We stayed 1 night and Left. Here's a list: smoke detector not working. Black mold in bathroom. Cobwebs in windows, ceilings. Broken tile. Filthy. Misrepresented amenities. No spa, golf or te...nnis on property. No Free shuttle. You have to travel to end of LB town street to get to golf or tennis. The only place to eat during the day is a small bar near the beach. Birds few out of the kitchen and pecked in/at open containers in cooking kitchen area. They offered to change our room but the others were no better. Broken floor tiles in room would be dangerous if tripped on. You/I can't believe this place is still open. RUN AWAY!
ONLY STAY HERE IF HUMANITY IS ENDING AND IS THE ONLY SHELTER YOU CAN FIND...FREE.

Here’s an alternative draft for your review: Warning: Not a 5-Star Hotel – Avoid at All Costs My experience at this hotel was shockingly bad. It’s beyond me how this place is rated as a 5-star establishm...ent. From start to finish, the stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel’s infrastructure is in shambles. The water isn’t hot, the beds come with worn-out, frayed pillows, and the blankets are embarrassingly old. It’s obvious that regular maintenance is non-existent. There are no menu options in the restaurant/dinning room But what made the experience unbearable was the staff and service. The place is understaff and the few employees they have are all gather together, waiting time. To make matters worst, their general attitude was downright rude, and the overall customer service was completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. In reality, this hotel doesn’t even come close to 5-star quality—or 4-star, for that matter. At best, it’s an overpriced 2-star hotel that leaves guests feeling scammed. Do yourself a favor: stay somewhere else. The place seems to be about to go broke or going through a change of ownership. Let me know if you’d like to tweak this further! FYI: You can find
