Lovely Hotel in a great location for Universal Studios

Great hotel with good amenities. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Lovely pool and courtyard area plus various activities available throughout the day. The free trolley shuttle to the Universal Stud...ios Theme Park and City Walk was really useful.

Our family stayed a night between visiting Disneyland and Universal and it was excellent. We got to stay in the Portolo Suite, and it was perfect for us. The kids had their own space to sleep without us di...sturbing them. Highly recommend staying here, especially if going to Universal as it was about 10 minutes from the park.
