My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Grand LA while I was attending a conference. The hotel is what you’d expect from a Sheraton - great staff, great service and well maintained. We did have an issue with... the parking arrangement during our stay that I was very unhappy with. To be fair, it’s a 3rd party that provides parking services to the hotel. The Sheraton GM, Clay Andrew’s, contacted me directly and made it right. That’s what I call incredible customer service. I’d highly recommend the Sheraton Grand to anyone visiting LA.

I came here to take a little break from the usual home scenery, and my two-night stay was fantastic! I might have been a bit high-maintenance with my requests for an extra toothbrush and some extra towels,... but to my surprise, I didn’t even have to make a call. Aime was literally right in the hallway and came to the rescue with everything I needed—she even threw in some extra coffee and tea, which was a lovely bonus. On top of that, she went the extra mile by tidying up the bathroom and my desk area. Aime really went above and beyond, making me feel super welcomed and well taken care of. Total sweetheart!
