Lance needs to be promoted to top bellhop immediately! He was prompt, friendly, attentive, proactive, and hilarious! Enrique in the basement bar is such a phenomenal server, amazing attention to detail and bringing surprise mystery drinks! 10/10 would stay again just for the staff!!

Great hotel and great valets! Nice clean and nice staff. Stayed her for work event and was perfect location for us and beautiful rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to restaurants and metro. Bar was nice. Hotel was nice and quiet too

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand LA for a conference, and absolutely loved it. I had club access, and Miguel, Chris, Lupe and Manuel made my experience absolutely amazing. They took care of me and anticipated my needs before I knew I needed them! The breakfast options were great, and the dinner appetizers had great cheese and meat options! The different cake options each night were a great way to finish the night. The hosts were present, but not hovering and were fantastic.

Excellent hotel, all of the staff was VERY friendly, outgoing, helpful, competent, and very welcoming. It was a true pleasure to stay there, the location and view were great. Only complaint is that the elevators can be slow, waited over 10 minutes when it was busy.

Dennis, Joaquin and Walter on the valet team were so professional, nice, and quick. You can tell these guys are hustling to get cars back to owners quickly and yet they do it with a smile. Appreciate their attitude and caring service. Thank you
