Everyone from the staff was extremely nice and helpful and always with a smile which made us feel really welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean, modern with really nice views. The pool has a terrace b...ar with some bites and it is nice to ‘kill’ some time there. The California’s restaurant has a delicious menu for every taste. We absolutely loved our waiter Pedro Diaz who is an absolute gem for the hotel - very professional, more than helpful and pleasant, full of joy and smiles! Thank you Sheraton Universal team and most of all a big shout out to Pedro Diaz! We will be back for sure:)

Very kind . did a great job with my bags and was the total gentleman. valet service was spectacular. Room was accommodating and very convenient.

Sheraton Club Lounge The staff Helen & Roxy are spectacular. Friendly, helpful and make the experience extra special. They interact with the guests and give excellent customer service. Worth being part of ...the club just for them!!!!!!!!!

Club Lounge Now this is how you ring in the Summer ! Linda & Helen are what brought out the best in this hotel , always refilling and cleaning up area. I give them credit these woman manage to keep It ...cleaning when there was about 100 kids running around lol thank you Laddy’s ! This place is top notch from the moment of check in. Parking is literally a hop away. They hold your bags until your room is ready AND they put your luggage in your room. From bellman to the Pool area! The ROOM is another story! they literally have EVERYTHING you need!!!! I wish we could have stayed here longer than one night. Next time I know book 2 nights so that we can fully enjoy this Beautiful Place!!!! Thank you so much for our New Summer Family Getaway! <3

Jesus at the front desk is amazing. So helpful and great followthru. I am healing from a broken knee Jesus let me knew he could get me an Ice pack and did promptly. Additionally, there was a mistake on my ...check out date he helped correct that mistake. Sheraton is lucky to have Jesus. He An incredible asset for the sheraton Hotel. Thanks
