Beautiful property! Our flight got cancelled and we checked in late- 2am. We were all exhausted and tired and they were so accommodating to get us into rooms quickly. At the front desk late at night was Na...than (I think). Such wonderful customer service! Breakfast the next morning at the Sheraton club was wonderful and Maria & Linda were beautiful and kind. The property is clean, well kept up, beds are comfy and above all wonderful customer service. Thanks for making a hard frustrating day a little better with your wonderful property.

Maria and Linda are awesome they took care of me and my family. Great experience. I’ve been at the Ritz LA lounge but the lounge at Universal exceeded. We will definitely be soon especially now that we kn...ow that the club level access lunge is so exceptional.

Wonderful updated hotel. Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in and valet my vehicle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon entering the Club Lounge, Matthew and Sandra were th...ere to provide a wonderful welcome. The food out was excellent and never ran low. Plates were collected quickly and efficiently. As a Marriott ambassador, I was very happy with the quality of the lounge. This was an excellent stay that the family and I enjoyed while visiting the Universal Hollywood park.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Helen and Maria. They were absolutely fantastic always polite, full of positive energy, and incredibly atten...tive to our needs. Their service went above and beyond what we expected, and they truly made us feel welcome and well cared for. From their warm attitude to their consistent professionalism, Helen and Maria really stood out and also made my daughter feel special for her birthday. Great service all around!

The customer service was A1. Maria and Helen at the lounge and Fernando at the concierge desk were amazing. I needed to get few items that wasn’t available at the hotel and they flipped the hotel upside do...wn to find it. A million thanks to you guys. Keep up the good work. The room and the amenities were good as well but the personnel was what made the stay great.
