Ignored our printed reservation. Did not include our breakfast.

No way! We booked a rate that included breakfast and had the paperwork to prove it. The manager refused to honor the inclusion of breakfast, despite our printed proof. Seriously? Lousy customer service to ...the point I don’t care what the hotel is like. Add on a $200 deposit for our one night stay. This adds up to a 1-star review. Don’t trust what your printed reservation says.
Beware. They steal

One of the worst hotels to stay and now they haven't returned mt pre authorisation after one month. Buyer beware. The stay was very below average and now I am just about to start a fight to get back a pre ...authorisation charge of $200. Its stealing!
