Spacious, clean, newly furnished

Luz was so friendly and patient helping me to check in and answer my queries. She was really apologetic about the ongoing renovations but I wasn't affected by any noise and they look like they should be completed soon. Rooms very tastefully furnished and clean, and new (thanks to the renovations!) I deducted half a star since there was no hot water coming from the sink, and another half a star since the TV channels offered are full of advertisements unless you purchase/subscribe to some on demand thing.

Exceptional Customer Service

Arrived super tired after a 20-hour duty of work and was very thankful to the checking staff for making our arrival simple, efficient and mirar importantly, quick. In particular, the Customer Service was exceptional from José Santana who sped us through from stepping in to reception and on to our rooms. He couldn’t do enough to help us and to make our experience a pleasant one. Very good in a world where today, most people treat you as just another customer; this was not the case with José

“A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay Despite Unexpected Circumstances”

We stayed here overnight after missing our connecting flight with AA, and while I was initially worried after reading some reviews about n google, our experience was completely different. Traveling as a group of 12, we arrived after midnight, exhausted, but the reception staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the check-in process quick and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms exceeded our expectations—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The shower was fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing exactly the rest we needed. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was excellent. There was a great variety, including pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, and more, all delicious. The server was warm and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Overall, this stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for a comfortable and accommodating experience.

Great Stay At Sonesta LAX

Yes the pillows are the fluffiest I have ever felt. Very CLEAN. Very COMFORTABLE. Great amenities both the hotel itself and the surrounding environment. But probably most noticeably, and importantly, the staff whether front desk, restaurant or grab n go cafe eatery, or maintenance and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful persons. Because of the general renovation that makes the hotel even more updated and pleasant, occasional sound is inadvertent, but upon sharing with the front desk they quickly resolved the issue by relocating me to a higher floor. In other words, the front desk ladies and gents were very responsive and prompt with one particularly sweet and kind young lady, 11-06-24 Wednesday noon-ish, who tended my assistance with immediate help and resolution. Wish I see her in future stay and say hi to her. Bad on my part not remembering her name at this time. But staff lady like her, along with my business stay requirements i.e. by LAX, working in L.A., are number one reason I will stay at this hotel again. Her customer guest service is a *10*.

Renovation a bit inconvenient but service is amazing.

We stay at the Sonesta brand normally about 5 to 6 times a month. We travel a lot for work and under normal circumstances we would’ve stayed at this Sonesta a lot more but they’ve been undergoing renovations. This is our first time back since the renovations were in progress and although it’s been a bit inconvenient at times because some of the services we normally would use like the business center, for example or unavailable. We had the privilege of staying in a new renovated room, which is beautiful and very well thought out and aside from those inconveniences that I mentioned above one of the things that sets this place apart is the service by the employees. I can’t say that I’ve had a bad experience ever on one of my stays here in regards to the people who are working and run the hotel. Today I went down to print some business documents and I couldn’t and the young man at the front desk name Jose help me get what I needed. I mean, he could’ve brushed it off considering he was busy often on, but he went out of his way to make sure I got the papers and he did it with a great attitude. Those are the things that keep people like myself coming back. I can overlook the minor inconveniences because I see the bigger picture but one thing about myself being a repeat. Client is the service that we get when we’re there. I feel like we’re paying to stay with you and there’s a level of expectation on people like myself when I’m booking at an establishment. So I wanna make sure I give props to Jose and I hope management at least buy some lunch or give him a little raise lol.
