Natalia and Alexis went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. The food was outstanding and the property is just phenomenal! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Every single restaurant is delicious, ...even room service food was amazing. We can’t wait to be back!

It was fantastic all around! Astrid was such a great concierge and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The whole entire staff were so incredibly accommodating, friendly and delightful. Not to ...mention the property was beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

We spent 6 days at Grand Velas during May 2025, staying in a Governor Suite. From arrival to our departure the experience and service was 5-star. We were greeted by our personal concierge (Ana) during the... check-in process, who then escorted us to our suite. Ana was absolutely amazing throughout our stay at Grand Velas. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she setup restaurant reservations, horse riding on the beach and Spa reservations. For our wedding anniversary, there was a bottle of sparkling wine when we arrived, also, she asked for a couple pictures from our trip, and the day before we left the TV screens in our suite displayed the pictures with a special greeting. Our suite was decorated with Rose petals in the shape of a heart, and rose petals on the bed for our anniversary. It made for such a memorable and personal experience for both of us. Ana checked in with us on a daily basis to make sure we had everything we needed and was available throughout the day whenever we needed her assistance. We really enjoyed eating at Azul, Cocina de Autor, Frida, and Lucca restaurants. We also enjoyed a lot of time at the Serenity pool, where the food and drinks service was amazing. The Spa is outstanding, and we enjoyed multiple treatments during our stay, including the water journey which is the perfect way to start, or end, a treatment. All the staff we met throughout our stay were very courteous, friendly and delivered a 5-star experience. Thank you to Ana, Roberto, Juan Roberto, Celeste, Alejandro, and so many others for such amazing service, making our stay so fabulous. Grand Velas Los Cabos truly delivered a 5-star experience. We’re already planning our next visit!

We went to Grand Velas for our anniversary. It was amazing, great amenities, amazing view, activities and food. Gianni, our Concierge, made sure we knew everything was we were taken care a just made the tr...ip all around better. Highly recommend everything about the place. We had an amazing experience at this resort from the clean rooms to the friendly staff and the amazing food quality. I travelled with family and they have areas for all ages to enjoy. Astrid was so helpful... with everything we needed she booked our dinners contacted someone for a scooter rental and even had great suggestions of activities to enjoy out. We are so excited to visit again the service everyone offers is just amazing
