Guest staying at either section have full access to all the amenities and facilities of both sections. Please note accessible rooms are only available in the Krystal Grand section and BelAir rooms are not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

A bang for your buck

Great place if your looking for family and couple atmosphere. You’d definitely have to leave resort for a party vibe. Sometimes at the pool bar it was hard to get drinks after 5 and many workers reminded us of closing times especially after being off resort all day which was not good. However, I had a great vacation and a lot of fun with my friends. We had altitude package and enjoyed the amenities! Not luxury but great for non-partying vacationers. Esmeralda (helped plan my friend’s birthday extravaganza), Nicole, Angel, Oscar, Victor, Abraham, Pedro at adult pool and Jessica at the altitude grill made our vacation memorable! Me Amor Mexico!

The krystal grand had an awesome view and the landscape was well maintained. Entertainment was always a pleasure.Pedro the bartender at the adult pool was excellent and very friendly. They had a variety of food for everyone to enjoy . Will come back again
