Another ?????????? relaxing vacation.

This is the place to go if you just want to relax. This is not a party resort but it’s great place to go to decompress from reality. PROS: Check in was easy. Though our room was not ready till 3pm we had time to kill and could immediately use all amenities of the resort. The room was nice. Air conditioning in room 214 does not work great. The employees are all great. They all need a raise. They make this place run smoothly. Housekeeping and turndown service was excellent. Whoever is in charge is on their A game. The pool area and pool service was equally great. Never had an empty cup. You can use as many towels as you needed. The pool was never packed. We called management about the in room safe not working and the air conditioning not working properly. They immediately sent employees to inspect both issues. The safe was replaced with another one but the air conditioner was okay according to them. Overall they did an excellent job. There is now an app that you will download when you arrive. You have to make reservations for dinner only. This is something new but we never had an issue making dinner reservations. CON: The WiFi was not great and would disconnect on a regular basis. SUGGESTIONS: People brought pool flotation devices and a small pump which is a good idea so add that to your luggage. No swimming in the ocean but if you walk 1/2 mile down the beach towards the Hilton hotel there is a roped off area where you can swim in the ocean. It’s worth the walk. Bring towels from the hotel and maybe a beach blanket from home to lay on. People are waking up early and reserving lounge chairs by the pool so keep that in mind. The staff is good at removing items left on lounge chairs if they are not being used. I would absolutely go back to this resort for a third time.

Such an amazing and beautiful experience. The food, the drinks and most importantly the people that provided outstanding hospitality. Special Shoutout to Aldo, Angelo, and Esmeralda and of course Magaly and Jose who made it so memorable. Thank you so much and we hope to see them again Sincerely La Familia Arqueros
