We stayed at Breathless, but nothing was happening at their pool and not many people. We spent our days over at Secrets which was where the action was. Beach volleyball, pool volleyball, hanging out in the... cabana, playing in the ocean, eat at the great restaurants (Blue Mountain was our favorite). The Barracuda bar was a great place to get some shade and laughs from the bartender. But as far as Breathless goes as a resort we weren't impressed. The room was weird. The light switches were the worst. We could never get the lights to go out that we wanted without just shutting down the whole room and then going back and turning on the AC/Fan so we could sleep. Every night at some point the light in the bathroom would turn itself on. The glass-walled toilet was an echo chamber. The beds were comfortable. The staff was hit and miss some were great (more so on the Secrets side) and others were going through the motions. At one point our daughter went back to the room to change real quick. Housekeeping cart was outside the room and she could hear 2 women talking inside so she sat on a bench and waited. Finally after 30 minutes she went in the room to find them sitting on our patio talking and the room had not been cleaned. After they freaked out and made her show them that her key worked the door she kicked them out and was finally able to change. Their app most of the time was useless ie ordering extra towels the process just dead ended. It was good for knowing times, the map and one time ordering room service. I don't know what the rooms were like at Secrets but I would stay there rather than Breathless and save yourself the long walk between the two.

Wow what can I say The name speaks for itself The hotel firstly was amazing Rooms were immaculate and cleaning service unbelievable Neatly the food, oh my days absolutely unbelievable every meal put in fr...ont of me was of staggering quality, even the fries!!!!!! I can’t thank the chefs at every restaurant enough for helping me gain a stone while I was away?????? Let’s move on to the drinks now, all top shelf branded spirits served Grey goose jack Daniel’s remy Hennessy and the rum was the finest Iv ever had Massive selection of cocktails too, simply brilliant As I move to the end of the review the most important part for me was the pools pool bar and seating that we’re supplied by the resort Comfortable chill out subbed and the cabaneros were fantastic The entertainment was truly amazing put on by all the team who worked so hard every day and night to keep everyone in the holiday spirit Thankyou so much Reks and all the gang Lastly big shout out to all the staff in particular Latoya on the cleaning side and Vanessa TJ our amazing pool bar staff and saving the best till last my new friend for life Courtney who went above and beyond to make our holiday the most amazing 2 weeks of our lives The love shown was unreal and we have kept in touch with loads of staff and will be returning next year and year after year I can’t recommend breathless enough to people and every word I have written is the truth Thankyou all so much and can’t wait to see you next year Montego Bay and Breathless we have fell in love with you ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

My wife and I got married at Secrets Wild Orchid the week prior to coming to Breathless here. We considered this part "the honeymoon" part of our trip. Unfortunately, I herniated a disc in my back on this ...trip and ended up hospitalized in Montego Bay for the day. After some medication and rest I was able to fully enjoy the vacation due to not only my wife but the amazing entertainment team here. The entertainment team and the rest of the staff here truly made this place feel like home and really made all the difference when I was in extreme amounts of pain at times. Tequila and Reika from the entertainment team helped keep my wife and I entertained when it was hard for me to get around. Including us in all the activities we could participate in! The staff was super accommodating in making sure I could get around okay. The food and drinks were great, by the end of the week everyone knew my wife and I by name it was truly a great experience planned our one year anniversary trip already this time next year to do the excursions I couldnt do. Thank you Jamaica for helping make this the best weeks of our lives.

Amazing views, restaurants and a very welcoming crew. The staff member who stood out the most was Chef Melisa. Her smile, energy and customer service is phenomenal. She should be running this resort. I w...ill return again. Peace and respect as they say in Jamaica.

Overall a disappointing experience for the money spent for the trip. Pool area and beach were fantastic. Food and condition of property left a lot to be desired. Our butler service was fun and attentive.... Premium drink options were not available. Not planning to return.
