I absolutely loved everything from start to finish. We were greeted by the sweetest bellman Kitson who made our entire stay absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent but some our favorites- Fitzgeral...d & noble at the pool bar, shemari at the food service. They were all exceptionally attentive and made sure our stay was 1000/10. Kitson was our absolute favorite and he deserves a raise!!!!!!

Our stay at the resort was overall a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was fun, and we truly enjoyed meeting new people. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, which made our time th...ere even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. While the room was clean and comfortable, it did show visible wear and tear, and some maintenance could be addressed to improve the overall condition. The nightly shows and the entertainment crew were definitely a highlight. They were absolutely amazing and added so much energy and excitement to our stay. Special thanks to Reika, Tequila, Red Stripe, Quban, Knaz, Ixia, Sky, and Tj – you all went above and beyond to make our experience fun, engaging, and memorable. Your enthusiasm and passion for what you do truly stood out. One area that could use attention is the condition of the Breathless beach. While the resort itself was beautiful, the beach could benefit from some maintenance and improvement, as the condition of the sand and water was not as pristine as expected. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning!

Upgraded to Xhale club. Shane and Rory were excellent Butlers, very attentive and prompt. Very much enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. We felt this was money well spent. Front desk staff were not v...ery helpful. They forgot to let us know our room was ready 1.5 hours after it was supposed to be ready. No one to bring our bags up, so we were forced to decipher the room electronics on our own. Thank goodness for our butler Shane who ultimately help us sort things out.

From day one we met Courtney the Lifeguard who looked out for us from the beginning. Very welcoming in explaining the scene of Montego Bay, while making sure we didn’t drown lol. Then my wife and I and fa...mily (Deweses/Manavis/Neals) met Theresa who’s welcoming Good Morningggggg voice we heard from the front desk lol always remembered our family names! Definitely should be the trainer of customer service :-D After breakfast we met Fitzgerald the swim up pool bartender of all bartenders! Drinks were always creative and “buzz” worthy :-D. Kept us entertained with tricks and jokes! Alongside his partner Noble and cocktail waitress with the peach colored shirt and shorts! Last but not least the baddest most talented dancer team of Tequila, Reka, Zika and Courtney. As well as ol’ boy with the twisty braids sorry I don’t know ya name! But their dance moves belong in a movie or video! It made us not even have to leave the resort in recreating the dancehall feel of Jamaica! From the lights, beats & riddims! Well put together!!! My only issue are the usb outlets in the room! None of them worked so luckily I brought my cube plug for the regular outlet lol The food at Fish Nets is very good! Shout out to everyone there! Overall, it was a good experience since it was my first time going to Jamaica. I was celebrating my birthday and they brought cake and put a HB banner on the door, and I thought that was a nice touch! Mos...t of the staff were friendly. The resort was good but not great for the amount of money I spent. They had loud construction noise that they did not warn us about. The bathroom stall was very dark, and I would suggest that they install better lighting in there. The resort definitely needs an upgrade as it is outdated. The room would get too cold with the a/c on, so we had to turn it off for a while. The fan was way too loud and only had one setting. We sat on the balcony and someone next door was spraying some kind of chemical for the mosquitos. I would imagine and we could smell it. So that was a bit concerning since we were sitting outside. They did keep bothering us to go to a timeshare presentation (they don't like to call it that but that is what it is). They said it would be 90 minutes, but they kept us for 3 hours! Be forewarned if they ask you to do this.
