Overall experience not good, management staff was rude, friends room had no AC and was given hard time to change, another friend s room had problem in bathroom and was given xtra towel to soak water instead of fixing plumbing problem. Italian restaurant , the experience was really bad. Explained everything to chef he oked it then came back45 minutes later with only one cold pizza between 5 people. Indian restaurant was great, chef Mr Singh went out of his way to cook us food bcz of our allergies.

Carlan and Orlandof from the ent team and also tusaine and Riley from the bar. They are the best. Best crew and bartender in Jamaica. Come to the grand palladium for a great time! All love all fun! Great food, party's & vibes !???? ????????????

End of day one here. Had an initial problem with the room. Sorted promptly. The team here are amazing and the food is great. Very different to our disappointing stay at the Hilton garden inn in New York. Would definitely recommend. Has the wow factor.

The Grand Palladium Jamaica is an amazing resort. I loved it and truly enjoyed my stay. My favorite part was truly the People of Palladium employees. They were very fun and super sweet. My favorite is Colette! She was very welcoming and extremely fun. She should be requested for all activities!

Great get away location and service. Food was solid. Beaches were beautiful, had well kept up facilities. We enjoyed our stay.
