The grounds are gorgeous, the food was great, the bartenders and dinner staff were very friendly. But if I wanted to be harassed every 50ft that I walked, trying to be sold something, I would book an AirBn...B and visit a public beach. There are commission-based staff waking all around trying to sell their overpriced spa services, cabanas, etc. Also asking you relentlessly if you received your “welcome gift” or went to the “welcome party” which is really just a timeshare-like presentation to try to get you to join their “travel club”. The grounds are massive so shuttle service is slow and getting anything brought to your room is slow (I waited over an hour to get washcloths when housekeeping forgot to restock them) Very picturesque but I won’t be going back.

The resort was a great place to spend our 7 days . People and staff is amazing and super friendly - we had a great time. Spent a lot of time at the pool and we had some great bartenders making some mazing ...drinks- most famous was Jave’s Sunshine . Jeven , Richi and Riley were great as well- amazing drinks great jokes and good fun at the pool bar.

kiwi, wesley, omar, daniel and sonic was great here at grand palladium. kiwi was a great company but a terrible chess player??. the food the activities environment was excellent man i would recommend anyon...e to come here at grand palladium jamaica it was a blast.
