I want to share how incredibly grateful we are for the outstanding care provided by Peta-Gay, Carlisha, and Dedeka during our stay. They meticulously handled every detail, from reserving our meals and excursions to prompt room service. Their assistance went beyond expectations when they helped me orchestrate a surprise anniversary celebration for my wife. I came for my birthday and didn’t get any decorations. When the person finally bought the champagne, they stole money from our bag. They weren’t expected in the room, so we left the bag open. We had no air conditioning. It was stifling hot. We were promised a new room and given a fan instead. The lobby was covered in flies and the pool with bees and flies. I will never stay here again.

I went solo to the Hyatt Zilara 2 days after hurricane Beryl and had a GREAT time. The staff was fabulous.. I was under a lot of stress and the front desk assistant manager Judene, went up and beyond to make my stay memorable. I have nothing but kudos for the entire staff... Vanessa, Valene and Nattanya at Urban Heat, the manger for Fuzion and Richard, Shashauna and Shakira at GIC. The ground staff I encountered at 7 in the morning on my way to the beach was very polite. GREAT FOOD!! The Jamaican restaurant was great (I am Jamaican, so I know) PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, GOOD MUSIC. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINT. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

We went for a wedding event and my experience at Hyatt was horrible! Only select rooms had air conditioning! We complain about how hot it was in our room and was given 1 fan ??????? I was hot and irritates my whole trip we go from being hot outside all day to being hot inside it was soo hot there we had to take cold showers ???? when we book it definitely said air conditioning on the room feature but that was a lie we spent too much money on that room to not enjoy our trip

The hotel definitely shows th wear and tear. The Ziva side was cleaner and nicer. It was my birthday weekend. We were supposed to have some type of decoration and a bottle of champagne. That didn’t happen. When we did get the champagne on day three of the trip, they stole our money from our bag. We were told by loss prevention, they didn’t think they did it. Our room had no air condition the entire trip. An engineer advised us to move rooms and said he would tell them as well. I went to the front desk at least five times over the next two days asking when my new room would be ready. I was finally told they didn’t have any room to move us to and was given a fan. Some of the staff was nice, most of the food was nasty except Urban Eatz. I would never stay here again due to the air condition issue, theft, and bad food.
